Digital X-Ray

Digital x-ray is the latest technology in x-rays.  It is safer and more convenient.  It provides nearly 80% less radiation than traditional x-rays.  This is due to the fact that the digital version of the x-ray is much more sensitive to this radiation and has been specifically designed with the patient in mind.  Digital x-rays also save the dentist and the patient time since the picture is almost immediate.

Once the picture is captured, it is saved into the computer where we use tools to enlarge and magnify the x-ray for a better visual.  We can take a very close look at the teeth and surrounding structures with amazing accuracy.
